You're officially joining the team. Here are a few things to get done before Day 1 so you can hit the ground running.
Manager Setup Panel
Create and manage onboarding profiles for your PPM teammates. Track everyone's progress from one place.
Create mentor accounts so they can view their mentees' peer training progress
Select an existing profile or create a new one
Internal to-do items — check off as you complete them
Basic info about the incoming PPM
Write a custom welcome message — they'll see it on Day 1!

Assign a PPM peer mentor for shadow week
Only teammates with a Peer Mentor account appear here. Selecting one auto-fills their info and adds this PPM to their mentee list.
Pre-fill partnership names, folder links, and HubSpot links
Chase list and territory overview
Select which team members this new hire should connect with
Add people not in the default list (cross-functional partners, new hires)
Upload photos and add bios for each teammate (shared across all profiles)
What your new PPM shared about themselves
This will populate the new hire's view with all the info you've entered above.
Edit, remove, or add documents. URLs auto-populate for future profiles.
Edit, remove, or add tech and system items your new hire will need
Add or remove team members under each branch
Default PIN is 1234. Change it to keep your setup secure.
Setup Instructions (free, 2 minutes)
- Go to console.firebase.google.com and sign in with Google
- Click Add project, name it anything (e.g. "ppm-onboarding"), click through defaults
- In the left sidebar, click Build → Realtime Database
- Click Create Database, pick any location, select Start in test mode
- Copy the database URL shown at the top (looks like
https://your-project-default-rtdb.firebaseio.com) - Paste it above and click Connect
Note: Test mode access expires after 30 days. To make it permanent, go to Realtime Database → Rules and set both read and write to true.
